The biographical twelve episode series which charted Mountbatten life (revisiting the locations which had become part of his extra-ordinary life, written by leading historian and TV script writer John Terraine (1921-2003). All twelve episodes can be seen below.

The series was premiered at a special Royal event - held appropriately at London's Imperial War Museum. The guest of honour was Queen Elizabeth II (1926(1952-2022), accompanied by many members of the Royal Family including Prince Philip, 1st Duke of Edinburgh (1921-2021), Prince Charles, The Prince of Wales, later King Charles III (1948(2022- ), Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother (1900-2002) and King Constantine II of The Hellenes (1940-2023).
