India Hicks & David Flint Wood

In 'The Times', Miss India Hicks (b.1967), the youngest daughter of The Lady Pamela Hicks (née Mountbatten) (b.1929) and David Hicks (1929-1998) officially announced the engagement to her long-term partner of 25 years - David Flint Wood (b.1961).  India had for many years always stated that she had no plans to marry David, so it was a real surprise when she publicly announced on social media - "five children and 25 years later! We quietly decided a few months ago. A celebration of unflinching love. Until death do us part."

India - who was a bridesmaid at the 1981 wedding of her godfather Prince Charles, The Prince of Wales (b.1948) to The Lady Diana Spencer (1961-1997), lives on Harbour Island, in The Bahamas with David and their 5 children.
